Wellbeing Champions

You can chat to your wellbeing champions in person or on a call by dropping any of them a message or putting a meeting in both of your calendars.
It can be in the office, out for a brew or just taking a short walk and talk.

If you’d prefer to chat anonymously, you can use tawk.to; it’s completely anonymous and, unless you share information, no identifying information is passed on.
