Ingredients
(1 Serving)
- 40g oats of your choice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg (vegan alternative 1 tbsp chia + 3 tbsp water, let this sit for 5-10 mins to gel)
- 1 tbsp fat-free natural yoghurt (Plant-based alternative is fine)
- 40ml milk of your choice
Optional additions: Honey, sugar, sweetener, maple syrup or agave to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
- Mix all ingredients until combined; it should be like a thick cake mixture consistency.
- Pour into a greased ramekin or small baking dish.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the oven at 180, or air fryer for 15 – 20 minutes, until set.
- Let cool slightly, then enjoy warm!
